Welcome

Welcome to the Choosing Change website. Our mission is to help people choose positive change – as individuals, in their organisations, communities and neighbourhoods, and in society as a whole.

A key area of our work is our highly rated training – and on these pages you will find details of the wide range of courses we can offer you or your organisation. We also carry out research, provide consultancy, and offer personal coaching and counselling.

We work throughout the UK for clients in the public, community and voluntary sectors. Everything we do is focused on bringing out the very best in people – building their confidence, tackling barriers to positive change, and unlocking their strengths.

If you are interested in any of our services, want to share your ideas, or would like to go on our mailing list, please contact us. We’d love to hear from you.

Choosing Change was set up in 2005 by Roger Saunders. “I see Choosing Change as a forum for shared learning. I want to keep developing the best possible tools, and creating the best possible opportunities, for genuinely empowering people and communities. I would love to hear from anyone who shares a similar passion or is doing similar work, and is interested in getting involved in some way.”

Choosing Change has recently been joined by Jennifer Holmes, who is working with us as an Associate.
