I have been involved with Management Development Training as a senior manager and as a trainer for several years. I design and run many courses to increase the skills and expertise of individuals; for example team building, performance management, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
I now have my own consultancy looking at Life Balance and Stress Management, and have developed courses both for individuals and for organisations concerned about the well-being of their workforce. Stress now plays a major part in many areas of life and – as I know from personal experience – if not managed well it can lead to serious illness.
